Grilled Chicken & Swiss Chard

Swiss chard is a dark leafy green that is considered a “super food” because of it’s high content of phytonutrients, and is just plain good for you. You can eat it in a variety of ways such as raw in salads, blended into smoothies, steamed, or sauteed.
