What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese regime for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress; and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

What is Pole Fitness?
Pole Fitness is an extension of pole dancing that uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. It works the whole body; improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture, as well as upper body and core strength.
Where did Pole Fitness come from?
Pole Fitness dates back to Chinese, Indian, and other circus-based exotic dance. Pole is practiced today by both women and men and is a fusion of Modern dance. Pole dancing has evolved into exercise practiced by not only professional and performers, but by everyone from casual students and fitness enthusiasts to nationally and internationally recognized pole athletes.
