Get Fit, Two Feet at a Time

Thank goodness for this story. If you think you have to run 10 miles just to be fit, think again.

New research finds that a brisk walk may be just as good for the body as a pounding jog.

Researchers from California and Connecticut conducted this research and found that people who exercised with the same amount of energy got the same benefit.

So on a walk I go today.
