I read a post on Yahoo recently that was titled: “Is Your Tableware Making You Fat?”

They did this study that said it’s much better if you choose smaller plates so you can’t put as much food on your plate.

I’ve started not only measuring my food but putting it on my appetizer plates.

This is a great mind trick too. In the article it says 9-inch plates are the optimal size.
