A: Yes, MLMH has been providing a complete range of healthcare services, from birth to advanced age, for nearly a century. Through the hospital and a network of regional medical and psychiatric clinics, we offer comprehensive healthcare services to residents of central Nebraska.
Q: Tell me about The Family Care Center at MLMH.
A: The Family Care Center is the dedicated birthing center serving families throughout our region. We provide care before, during and following birth of a new baby (or babies!), and offer follow-up care with a complimentary home visit after families are dismissed from the hospital. Complete lactation support for breastfeeding moms is provided exclusively through Mary Lanning by our on-site, board-certified Lactation Consultants.
Q: What are some of the primary healthcare services offered at MLMH?
A: MLMH offers specialized care in cardiac services (Hastings Heart Institute), pulmonary care (lung and sleep studies, with an on-site Critical Care Pulmonologist), cancer care and treatment (Morrison Cancer Center-MLMH) and a wide array of other services including surgical care, diagnostic imaging, lab and rehabilitation services.

A: MLMH has nearly 70 physicians on our Active Medical Staff and over 100 on our Consulting and Courtesy Medical Staffs. They offer care, at MLMH and through their physician clinics, in a wide array of healthcare specialties such as OB/GYN services, internal medicine, pulmonary care and sleep studies, cardiac care, surgical services, emergency care, pediatrics, psychiatry services, urology, ophthalmology, nephrology, infectious diseases and family medical care.
