The 16th Annual HGTV Dream Home is nestled on the banks of the Provo River, near Park City, Utah. It's a modern, rustic ranch home that boasts almost 4,000 square feet of living space. The design of the home mimics the look of an old stone structure that's been expanded over time.

We contacted HGTV, and two of their designers are giving us a behind-the-scenes tour to show us why this Utah retreat is so special.
