One of my most favorite hobbies is working out. I love the adrenaline rush. And I love the way it makes me feel mentally. But, I'll be honest, sometimes it's just a great time to catch up with my girlfriends who have become my workout partners over the years, Dwana Nesbitt and Gretchen Chiles. Most days of the week, the three of us meet at the gym and either lift weights or sweat it out cardio training. I'm not sure why I'm nervous because I know boy or girl, I'll be thrilled either way. But today, marks the one week mark.
