Q: Can I come in for a tour?
A: Absolutely! Our welcoming staff will be available to give you a tour of our facility anytime during regular business hours Monday through Saturday.
Q: What vaccinations are required for my pets?
A: For your dogs we require their vaccinations for Distemper, Rabies and Bordetella be current. For your cats we require that their Distemper and Rabies vaccination be current. Ideally the vaccinations should have been administered at least seven (7) days prior to your pets visit.
Q: Can I bring my pet's food from home?
A: You are welcome to bring your pet’s own food. In fact, we encourage it as a means of lowering stress while your pet is lodging at their home away from home.
Q: Can I bring items from home such as bedding and toys?
A: Of course! Having a few items from home allows your pets to feel more comfortable while away from home and also reduces stress.
Q: How often should I groom my pet?
A: Grooming your pets is part of keeping them healthy and happy. Depending on the breed, age, coat, and some health conditions, pets should be groomed regularly once every four to six weeks. Our grooming staff will be happy to discuss a schedule that is right for your pet!
Q: Do you groom cats?
A: Absolutely! Our full-service grooming salon offers many options for bathing, comb-outs, coat treatments, claw trimming, and more for your cat.
Q: How do I make reservations?
A: For reservations at Pampered Pets you should contact us directly via our reservation link on the Reservations page or by phone. All reservations must be confirmed by email, telephone or in person. Our pet care service providers will be happy to discuss all of the boarding, grooming, and daycare options Pampered Pets has to offer! Holiday and peak reservations should be made well in advance.
