The Green Adventure Project
The Green Adventure Project exists to provide sound environmental and adventure education experiences. We introduce students to the science of the natural world, while educating them about the importance of stewardship and sustainability.

Q: How and what will my child and I learn?
A: Green Adventure Project staff combine teaching skills with a genuine delight in presenting our dynamic curriculum and working with students in the outdoors. Hands-on, inquiry based programs enhance and extend classroom studies. Not only do you have fun, you develop a sense of place and greater understanding of the interconnection between humans and nature. Our educators strive to instill knowledge and caring to inspire informed action.
Q: How did Green Adventure Project come into being?
A: The Green Adventure Project was incorporated as non-profit organization on September 15, 2009, following a period of careful planning and visioning. The Board of Directors, Executive Director and Program Director collectively have 75 years of experience as leaders in environmental, experiential, and adventure education. With a mix of vision, experience, and industry best practices, Green Adventure Project is expanding steadily.
Q: Who can attend Green Adventure Project programs?
A: Green Adventure Project programs are designed for a wide range of groups and ages. We have programs for Boyscouts, Girlscouts, School Groups, Families, Homeschoolers, and Individual Students.
Q: Where are we located?
A: Green Adventure Project is located from the grounds of Triple C Camp. In addition, our programs utilize public parks, schools, state and national forests, and other camp facilities.
Q: Who are the educators?
A: Programs are taught by enthusiastic and professional staff, who have undergone intensive training to ensure the experience is safe, educational, and fun. This enthusiasm will excite the learner about science and the environment. Our Educators’ experience and guidance allows for higher retention of new information and reinforcement of previous material.
