Dr. Anna Magee is a board certified dermatologist and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Surgical Dermatological Association. Dr. Magee is on the medical staff of Martha Jefferson Hospital. She received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina in 1990. Dr. Magee completed an internship in Pediatrics at Children's Medical Center, Dallas, Texas in 1991. She then completed her residency training in Dermatology through the Department of Dermatology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas in 1994. Dr. Magee was the chief resident of her program in 1994. She was board certified by the American Board of Dermatology in 1994 and recertified by same board in 2001. She has been in private practice in Charlottesville since 1994.

Dr. Deborah M. Elder is a board certified dermatologist and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Elder is on the medical staff of Martha Jefferson Hospital. She received her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1990, and then completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Eastern Virginia School of Medicine in Norfolk, Virginia in 1991. Dr. Elder returned to the University of Virginia for her Dermatology training, and completed her residency there in 1994. She was the chief resident of her program in 1994. Dr. Elder was board certified by the American Board of Dermatology in 1994. She practiced in the Washington, D.C., area for five years, and in Austin, Texas, for three years before returning to Charlottesville to join Dr. Magee.

Chelsi C. Miller NP joined Charlottesville Dermatology in September 2009. Chelsi received her Bachelor in Science of Nursing from Grand View College, Des Moines, Iowa and her Master in Science of Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner Program) from the University of Virginia in May 2009. Prior to moving to Virginia to pursue her graduate studies, Chelsi worked in the Emergency Department & Trauma Center of Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Chelsi has worked in the Emergency Department of Martha Jefferson Hospital on a part-time basis caring for infants, children and adults. Married to Steve Miller, Chelsi volunteers for the Charlottesville Free Clinic and PACHEM.

Rhonda Hughes returned to Charlottesville Dermatology in January 2011 after a 2 year absence. Previously, Rhonda worked with Dr. Magee and Dr. Elder for ten years and was trained extensively by Dr. Magee on our lasers and skincare product selection. Rhonda has lived in the Charlottesville area most of her life. She has 3 children, Kacey 11, Hunter 9, and Peyton 5. Rhonda has a very loyal following amongst our patients.
