Seasonal vs. Year-Round Allergies

Dr. Arvind Madaan of Charlottesville Allergy and Respiratory Enterprises says allergies can affect you at any time of the year.

Allergies can appear intermittently depending on the season, for example pollen in the spring and ragweed in the fall.

Certain allergies can be multi-seasonal or year-round. People can react to trees or grasses outside throughout the year, as well as indoor allergies to mold or animal dander.
