Salon DeShano was established in 2003 with a vision toward providing the community with state of the art HAIR, SKIN & NAIL services while remaining a place that serves as a retreat for the busy professional and stay-at-home parent alike.

Since our inception, we have added more treatments to answer the areas growing need for therapeutic and rejuvenating services that help to restore harmony and balance to ones life.

It is in this spirit that we began offering various BODY TREATMENTS, MASSAGE TECHNIQUES & REIKI ENERGY WORK.

Q: What is Reiki?
A: Reiki is an ancient technique of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes well-being. It is based on the Asian concept of rei, which represents the spiritual or higher mind, and ki, the primal life energy. Reiki is perfomed by touch. A subtle energy flows from the hands of the practitioner into the client, and it is this energy that creates the relaxation and healing effect. Reiki sessions may be scheduled individually or combined with our European Facial for an experience that truly soothes the body, mind and soul.

A: SALON DeSHANO offers a safe, organic airbrush tan applied by a trained technician customized to fit each individual client. The organic formulation responds to the melanin in your own pigment to achieve a very natural result.
