Has your child ever experienced night terrors?

The MomsEveryday Panel

Night terrors are a fairly common sleep disorder but feel anything but common when they happen to your child! This week our panel talks about the disturbing night time awakening when children often scream, cry and are inconsolable but are still fully asleep.

According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, the best things to do during night terrors are comfort your child, help him return to sleep, make soothing comments, protect him from injury and direct him back to bed.
