Many moms struggle with finding time to fit a workout into their busy day. But fitness instructor Becky Ingebrigtsen says all you need is 30 minutes and to schedule it like any other item on your to-do list.
In your 30-minute workout, spend the first 20 minutes on a cardio activity. This can be walking, jogging, the elliptical machine or anything else that gets your heart rate up.
For the remaining 10 minutes, choose five body weight exercises and do each one twice.
By committing to do this every single day, you're creating a healthy habit that over time becomes routine.
