Stop skipping the dentist. A recent Gallup poll said 34 percent of Americans haven't been to the dentist in a year. Make sure you're not one of them.
Third, get those moles checked for melanoma as soon as possible. Visit your dermatologist and ask for a full body check.
And finally, if you can't bear to make a resolution to eat healthier, just vow to track what you eat instead. Use an app like MyFitnessPal or Livestrong to record your meals. When you're more aware of what's going into your body, chances are those healthy eating habits are naturally going to fall in place anyway.
