New apps help expecting moms navigate pregnancy

Pregnancy can be a time of joy, for sure, but it is also a time where moms-to-be have a lot of questions.

That's where the new app Pregnancy Power comes in. Instead of relying on old wives tales or internet searches you can turn to the app.

Pregnancy Power is an instructional pregnancy app. It uses a question and answer format that takes you through the steps of prenatal care. It also has a few fun features like a voice activated kick counter, and a prenatal visit flow sheet. Pregnancy Power is free for iOs.

If you're an Android user, we’ve got something for you called Baby Berry. This one gives you charts, calendars, kick counters and it also helps connect you to information from experts.  You can look at weekly fetal development information so you know exactly what's happening in there during your pregnancy. After you've had the baby - Baby Berry helps you stay organized with appointments and child development milestones.  Baby Berry is free for Andriod devices.
