We have lenders at each of our 81 locations who can assist you in determining the loan amount you can qualify to borrow, as well as provide you with a pre-qualification letter.
What is my account balance, am I overdrawn?
Our online and mobile banking service will allow you to access your account information at anytime and possibly prevent an overdraft.
What are the monthly fees on your checking accounts? Do you have a free account?
We have a Free Checking account that includes free internet banking with bill pay, free mobile banking, and free debit card usage at CTB ATM locations.
Can I use CTB branches in other market locations to make deposits or to make loan payments?
Yes, we have 80 full service locations for your convenience.
Do you offer alternative investment opportunities?
Yes, we offer wealth management services through Community Trust Financial Services and our Trust & Investment Company. Both offer a wide array of products and services.
