Q: What services do you provide?
A: We provide primary care medical exams for the entire whole family. This includes well child checks, sick child care, preventive exams for adults and care for general medical conditions to include diabetes, hypertension and most chronic conditions.
Q: Who is eligible to receive your services?
A: The entire community is eligible. All ages, private insurance , the uninsured and all income levels.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: 8a til 8p Monday through Thursday. 8a til 5p Friday and 8 til noon Saturday. We have two locations, one in the Manchester Square Shopping Center and the other in Gray Kentucky on U.S. 25E.
Q: Who are your providers?
A: A qualified team led by a board certified American trained family physician and certified nurse practitioner.
Q: How can I afford healthcare?
A: As a federally qualified health care center, we are eligible for numerous grants to provide care to the uninsured and those with a limited income. We see qualified uninsured patients on a sliding scale beginning at $20 which includes the medical exam, lab studies and in office x-ray. Please check our website for documents needed to qualify. Actual cost determined at time of the visit.
