A: All mattress warranties are provided by the specific manufacturer and not upheld by The Bed Store. However, The Bed Store will be glad to help you with any warranty claim to make the process as easy as possible.

All manufacturer warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover abuse, normal wear and tear, or comfort. Every manufacturer defines the parameters of their specific warranty differently and The Bed Store only abides by and upholds their policies.
