From Dairy-free to Gluten-free— Experience Full Flavor and Enjoy Mealtime Together
American parents feel that eating together as a family is important, but 46% of parents find this very difficult to do due to busy schedules, according to recently published results from a poll conducted by NPR, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Harvard School of Public Health.
Raising her son who needs to eat gluten-free, Silvana knows firsthand the importance of preparing quick, family meals, as well as the need for delicious, gluten-free options. Ever since her son was diagnosed with gluten intolerance at the age of 10, she’s worked to keep the fridge—and her family's stomachs—full, the way only a mom knows how, with patience and plenty of good food.
