Grilled Italian Pork Chops
Pork chops are such a versatile source of protein!
1 cup Hy-Vee light Italian dressing
¼ cup Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
1 lb Blue Ribbon™ boneless pork chops
1. In a small bowl, combine dressing and mustard; mix well. Pour mixture into dish and add pork chops; turn to coat.
2. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight to marinate.
3. Heat grill. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade.
4. Grill pork chops over medium-high heat 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160˚F, turning once.
