Pomegranate Salsa

Looking for an easy appetizer? I have a great one that I'd like to share!

It's my take on a festive salsa that's sure to be crowd-pleaser at your next holiday get together. One of the main ingredients: pomegranate seeds - the fruit is readily available at most supermarkets this time of year. Pomegranates are loaded with vitamins and have a lot of health benefits. Good for heart health and cancer prevention.

I hope you enjoy my pomegranate salsa!

Ingredients include:



pomegranate salsa

  • 1 1/2 Cups Pomegranate seeds

  • 2 Avocados

  • 2 Cups diced mangoes

  • 3 Tablespoons lime juice

  • 1/2 Cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 Cup finely diced red onion

  • 2 Tablespoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 jalepeno pepper (seeded and diced)



Serve with triangle corn chips. ( I like to use Santina brand chips)
