16 oz spiral pasta
1 can each sweet corn & black beans, drained
½ cup red onion, fine dice
1 cup Guy Fieri's Seven Pepper Salsa
½ cup Italian salad dressing
6-8 oz ricotta salata, crumbled into small-medium pieces
Chopped cilantro to garnish
Prepare pasta as directed. Rinse in cool water and drain. Place in a serving bowl. Add all other ingredients and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill for later.
