Two Step Turkey Corn Dogs

Muffin tin
Measuring cups
Small bowl
Stirring spoon
Cutting board
Knife
Ingredients:
- 1 box corn muffin mix
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1 egg
- 2 98% fat free weiners made with turkey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare corn muffin mix according to package instructions and set aside.
- Spray 8 muffin tin cups with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Cut hot dogs into 1 inch bites.
- Place 1/4 cup of corn muffin mix into each greased muffin tin cup.
- Place a cut hot dog bite in the center of each filled muffin tin cup.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly golden on the edges. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from tin.
- Serve immediately after cooling.
- Store leftovers in a sealed containers or storage bag in the refrigerator.
Serve with: condiments of your choice (chili, cheese, ketchup, mustard, onions or relish.)
