Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 envelope Italian dressing mix
- 1 can reduced sodium cream of chicken soup
- 1 8-oz. package low-fat cream cheese
- 1 4-oz can mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Slice chicken breasts in half and place in your slow cooker.
- Combine Italian dressing mix and water, pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 3 hours.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese and soup until blended.
- Pour cream cheese mixture and mushrooms over chicken.
- Top with 1 teaspoon pepper.
- Cook 1 hour longer or until chicken juices run clear.
