Dinner Tonight - Salmon Patties

We are making Salmon Patties on this week's "Dinner Tonight." Watch some simple steps to an amazing dinner for your family.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Serves: 4

Utensils Needed:

Large bowl
Mixing spoon
Baking sheet
Measuring cups/spoons


  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 egg

  • 1 small chopped onion

  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese for coating

  • Cooking spray


  1. Combine salmon, lemon juice, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, egg, onion, cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic powder and black pepper. Mix well. Shape into four large patties. Dust lightly with parmesan cheese. Chill for 20 minutes.

  2. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, 10 minutes on each side of the patty.
