My Homemade Salsa

My family and I enjoyed a bowl of homemade salsa and tortilla chips last night and we all thought, THIS is summer!

A great appetizer to enjoy all season long! A simple pleasure that's easy to make. Here's how I do it.

What's In There?

  • 4 Roma Tomatoes(seeded and diced)
  • 2 Avacados (diced)
  • 1/2 Red Onion (finely diced)
  • 2 Tablespoon Cilantro (finely chopped)

  • (Marinade Ingredients)
  • 2 Limes(juiced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Vingear (Red Wine or Apple Cider)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweetner/Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper

Mix together Tomatoes, avocados, onion and cilantro. Whisk marinade ingredients. Pour over solid ingredients and toss together.

Enjoy with tortilla chips. (We prefer the Santina Mexican Corn Tortilla Chips but your favorite brand will work!) By the way, the salsa is enough for 4-6 people as an appetizer!
