Almost Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Cold and flu season is upon us and warm soup is a great way to beat illness and stay healthy. The great thing about this soup is that it is quick and easy. Teach your kids this recipe so the next time you catch a cold they can make it for you. Maybe they’ll even do the dishes! Remember to share a fun family moment by reciting the rhyme after this recipe.

Almost Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
You will need:
1 package chicken flavored Ramen Noodles
1 can of condensed Chicken Noodle soup
1/4 cup of frozen peas

Steps to follow:
Cook Ramen Noodles according to package but for 1 minute less time. Add can of condensed soup with out adding any additional water. Add peas. Finish heating through and serve.

Find a good beat and clap your hands as you recite this rhyme!

Oodle Doodle Chicken Noodle Rhyme
Oodle, doodle, chicken noodle.
Eat your soup, then play your flute.
Play your flute then call a cab.
Find a friend and start to gab.
Talk about your soup and say,
Oodle, doodle chicken noodle.
