Chilled Pasta Salad
You will need:
8 ounces uncooked pasta (any shape)
1 can tuna, drained
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing (or 1/4 cup each)
2 tablespoons of milk
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 teaspoon onion powder, salt & pepper to taste
Just a pinch of sugar
Steps to follow:
Boil water and cook pasta as it tells you on the package. When pasta is done, drain. Rinse with cold water. Mix drained pasta and all other ingredients into a large bowl. Chill in the refrigerator. This salad tastes best if made the night before. If it gets too dry add some more mayo & milk. Try adding other ingredients too, like chopped cucumber or celery.

Pasta can be hot, pasta can be cold.
Pasta can be many shapes. I want to eat a great big plate.
Ravioli, macaroni, rotini or shells, which pasta do I pick?
I’ll eat them all!
