If you are into the idea of recycling kids clothes, toys and furniture, then Just Between Friends is the event for you. Twice a year, this giant children consignment swap is held for one weekend and then the deals are over!

I love going to this bargain extravaganza. I stock up on tons of clothes, books, toys and sometimes I score a really big item like a bike or a full down Patagonia snowsuit (tags still on for $17)! It’s also fun to go with your friends who have kids. Use it as an excuse to grab a coffee head down and do some major shopping.

As we all know, kids grow too fast and it’s hard to pay full price for everything they need. Plus many times clothes and toys are barely used before kids grow out of them. Some are still in perfect condition! If you have bags of kid clothes that you don’t want to just give away, try selling them at Just Between Friends. They give you the option of either picking up what doesn’t sell or they will donate it for you.
