When you think about New Year’s resolutions do you get a pit in your stomach? It’s like adding one more thing to the “to do” list that is already too long. Even if your resolution is to take more time for yourself. Two months in you realize that it hasn’t happen and the guilt settles on your shoulders along with everything else.
Here’s my New Year’s resolution… to let myself off the hook. It sounds a lot easier than it is but really powerful stuff when you start doing it!
