Before I started working out, I was exhausted all the time. I found this interesting article I wanted to share that I thought might benefit everyone.

Zero sleep isn't the only thing zapping your energy. Here are common habits that can make you tired all the time according to Time Magazine.

  • Skipping exercising when you're tired
  • Not drinking enough water
  • Not consuming enough iron
  • Skipping breakfast
  • Eating too much junk food
  • Keeping a cluttered desk or office
  • Working through vacations
  • Drinking a glass or two of wine before bed
  • Checking e-mails at bedtime
  • Relying on caffeine to get through the day
