House Works: Bread Pudding

You've probably enjoyed some fantastic food over Christmas, but it's never too late to enjoy a little more dessert.

In this House Work, Chef Kris Anderzohn shows us how to make bread pudding. Maybe it's something you'll want to keep in mind for New Year's Eve.

Bread Pudding

10 slices bread
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
6 eggs beaten
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups hot milk
1 pinch nutmeg

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
