House Works: Tailgating with Pork

It's always fun to have a party around the TV at home as you tune in for your favorite college and NFL games. In this House Works, Chef Judy has a recipe for making pork sliders. They're perfect to enjoy as you cheer on your team.

Pork Tenderloin Grilled Sliders

Servings: 16
2 pounds pork tenderloin
3 teaspoons Judy's seasoning, or salt and pepper
2 teaspoons grape seed oil
2 cups whipped cream cheese
3 tablespoons horseradish, or to taste
16 each dinner roll
Rub tenderloin with oil and seasoning. Place in refrigerator up to 24 hours. Cook on the grill searing on all sides until medium. Remove and let rest. Slice the pork. Mix whipped cream cheese and horseradish together and spread on roll. Place pork in the roll and serve.
