I saw this article and thought I would share. If you are feeling the end-of-the-year blues, one way to remedy that is to write yourself a mini bucket list full of fun things to do.
Doing them will make you feel like you accomplished something worthwhile.
For example, make plans to get together with that friend you've been meaning all year to get together with.
If music always perks you up, make a mix of songs that meant something to you.
Sounds like great advice to me.
