This article, entitled "Tone Up Those Arms!" comes from Rachel Smith, MomsEveryday correspondent from Chico, CA.
Whether you're wearing a tank top or cocktail dress, no woman likes to have jiggly arms.
There is an easy workout that will tone your triceps -- the muscle on the back of your arm that runs from your shoulder to your elbow -- it's called a tricep dip.
Position your hands shoulder width apart on a bench or stable chair, slide your butt off the bench with your legs extended out in front of you, straighten your arms and slowly extend your elbows to lower your body to the floor. Make sure to keep your back close to the bench. Once you reach the bottom press down into the bench to straighten your elbows returning to starting position. This completes one rep. Do 15 to 20 reps per set and aim to do three sets.
