Whether you’re celebrating Lent or just need to incorporate more fish into your diet, here’s an easy recipe that’s also budget friendly using canned tuna.
Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a bowl mixing by hand. Form into 3 to 4 patties. Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook burgers over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned and cooked through. Serve with a whole grain sandwich thin bun and low sugar ketchup or mustard and romaine lettuce or fresh spinach leaves and you’ve got yourself a super healthy burger!
