Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Warm weather is finally here! And that usually means getting the grill out. One of my favorite things to prepare on the grill is marinated chicken breast. The marinade I love is called Soyaki. It’s a soy sauce & teriyaki blend with garlic, sesame seeds and other spices. All you need is:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/3 bottle of Soyaki Marinade (or just enough to cover the chicken)

Romaine lettuce leaves

Marinate chicken breasts for at least 30 minutes, grill for 7 to 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Wrap in Romaine lettuce leaves. We like to pair with steamed broccoli and grilled sandwich thins brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with a little S&P.

Nothing fancy but it’s really good, simple and quick to prepare.
