Sweating an upcoming wedding or major event? Hoping your new found physique can be the WOW factor but just can’t find the time or motivation to make it happen?

According to a recent survey, when asked what keeps you from working out nearly 40 percent responded they didn’t have the time and 34 percent said they were unmotivated and lazy.

Celeb trainer Harley Pasternak says motivation is intrinsic within all of us however some need an extra motivator like the benefits of a healthy workout routine to help us feel sexier and less stressed.

The survey also found that more than 50% of people are bored with their current workout. Truth is, exercising shouldn’t be just about squeezing into your skinny jeans or battling the bulge.
