Chicken & Hummus Wrap

Here's an example of how you can eat healthy for not a lot of money.

Ingredients

4 whole wheat tortillas
½ cup roasted red pepper hummus
12 ounces diced chicken or turkey breast
2 cups spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup diced red onions

Directions

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 4 wraps


Spread hummus evenly on tortillas; top with chicken, spinach, tomatoes and onion. Roll up.
