1 can fat free refried beans
1 packet taco seasoning
1 teaspoon cumin, optional
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup salsa
1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup sliced black olives
Directions
Directions:
• Mix beans, taco seasoning and cumin. Spread onto bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
• Layer remaining ingredients in order listed.
• Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
