Mix & Match Pizza

Mix & Match Pizza Makes 8 servings Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

• 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough, preferably whole wheat
• Cornmeal
• Cooking spray
• ½ cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 ½ cups part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese

Hawaiian Square:
• 1/3 cup pizza sauce
• 12 slices Canadian bacon
• 1/4 cup pineapple tidbits

BBQ Chicken Square:
• 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
• 2 tablespoons diced red onion
• 1/4 cup diced green peppers
• 1/2 cup chopped chicken breast

Sausage, Pepper & Mushroom Square:
• 1/3 cup pizza sauce
• 1/3 cup cooked Italian chicken sausage
• 1/4 cup diced red peppers
• 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

Veggie Square:
• 1/3 cup pizza sauce
• 1/3 cup diced peppers
• 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons diced red onion
• 2 tablespoons sliced black olives

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray with cornmeal. Unroll dough and place on cookie sheet; starting in center, press out dough near edges of cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
2. Sprinkle cheddar cheese in the shape of a “plus sign” on the crust to divide the pizza into four squares. Top each square with one of the four variations listed above. Top entire pizza with mozzarella cheese
3. Bake 10 to 13 minutes longer or until crust is a deep golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. Cut pizza into four squares; cut each square into four pieces for a total of 16 pieces.
