During the holiday season not everyone is equally fortunate. The Food Bank of Lincoln works daily to alleviate hunger in Southeast Nebraska. ArtGlass Unlimited is helping in this mission. Please stop by this Saturday, December 10th from 10AM to 1PM to donate food and personal care items to this cause. With your donation you’re welcome to create a one-of-a-kind, glass blown ornament. For everyone’s safety, to blow an ornament you must be at least 14 years of age and/or 52’ tall. ArtGlass Unlimited is located at 4340 S. 48th Street in Lincoln.

Here are some of the food and personal care items the Food Bank of Lincoln is needing most…
• Tuna and other canned meats
• Soups, canned or boxed
• Canned fruits and vegetables
• Peanut butter
• Macaroni & cheese and other boxed dinners
• 100% fruit juices
• Cereal
• Coffee

The Food Bank cannot accept individual glass jars of baby food. We can accept cases of baby food in glass jars as long as the cases are commercially shrink wrapped. We can also accept boxes of baby cereal and plastic jars of juice for infants.

• Shampoo
• Toothpaste
• Soap
• Diapers and wipes
• Personal hygiene products
