The warm-up is the easy part. The routine? Well, it might take some getting used to.
Rewind back to 300 years ago. Big burly Russian soldiers trained on Kettle Bells to protect their country.
Fast forward to now-Kettle Bell fitness is the new craze in Lincoln.
Hollywood trainer and Nebraska native Jenny Farber took a dozen instructors and trained them on how to do the routine. It's used to help people do everyday things-like pick up a towel.
Judy Fulrton teaches Kettle Bell classes at Madonna Proactive Fitness. Her classes are mostly filled with women of all ages.
"At my age, I can build the strength, I have a work out," said Lincoln resident Kim Quade.
"It's different than any other class that you take," added Amy Arnold, also of Lincoln.
I'm told it takes willpower, dedication and a good attitude to lift the Kettle Bell.
