The Nebraska Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (NAFCS) is an affiliate member of the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences representing family and consumer sciences professionals across practice areas and content specializations.

Its members include elementary, secondary and post-secondary educators and administrators; extension assistants, educators, and specialists; and other professionals in government, business and the nonprofit sectors.
