The Capital Area District Library serves all of Ingham County, except for the City of East Lansing. CADL operates 13 libraries and a book-mobile, which stops throughout the county. All of our locations share resources and provide residents of each community with access to all materials and services offered by CADL. Library cards are free to anyone who lives in our service area.
