We do not use a cookie cutter approach when we help people overcome their emotional or psychological obstacles. Q: Do you accept my insurance?
A: We work with most private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. To verify if a service or services are covered by your insurance, call Taylor Life Center at (866) 975-2995.
Q: Do you offer specialty services?
A: We do not offer any specialty services, but do provide therapy and support for ADHD, ADD, OCD, eating disorders, marriage counseling, grief therapy, stress/anxiety, depression , and more. We also have therapists who work with small children as young as three, as well as families.
Q: What do you offer? Do you only offer therapy?
A: Taylor Life Center offers outpatient therapy, but also works with Consumer Services, Inc. to provide other services as needed per individual and their treatment plan. Consumer Services, Inc. offers case management, psychiatric, supports coordination, and housing services.
Q: Do you have psychiatrists?
A: To ensure each consumer receives the most appropriate help, many of our Taylor Life Center locations are staffed with a least one psychiatrist, as well as nurse practitioners, clinical social workers, professional counselors, and psychologists.
Q: Do you provide inpatient treatment?
A: At Taylor Life Center, all of our therapy and counseling is outpatient. However, our parent company, Consumer Services, Inc. provides group homes for individuals who may need more support to work through their illness. Consumer Services, Inc. also provides an acute crisis stabilization home with a therapeutic and nurturing atmosphere, to allow people to heal, and work through their stressful time.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Hours vary per Taylor Life Center location, but are mostly Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Evening and weekend appointments are available by appointment in some locations.

A: We have five Taylor Life Center locations, including Hillsdale, Mason, Owosso, and two in Flint.
