Court One Athletic Clubs FAQ
Q: Do I have to sign a one year contract?
A: You do not have to sign a one year contact. Membership can be purchased for as little as 3 months but must be paid in full at the time of signing up. Most of our members prefer to join for a year, so they do not have to pay for the full year at one time. If you sign up for a year and decide to cancel, the fee is only one month's dues.
Q: Is there a start up fee?
A: Yes, our activation fee has been $250. However, currently it has been reduced to $49 until further notice. The $49 fee is charged once per account and will not be charged again unless an account is deactivated for longer than 3 months. This fee helps us cover the cost of processing, membership cards and compensation for employees.
Q: How old does a child have to be to use the weight and cardio equipment?
A: Per manufacturer safety recomendations a child must be 13 years of age to use any of the weight and cardio machines. The basketball courts, kids classes, swimming pools, tennis courts and Youth 4 Life areas are all great places for kids of any age. (adult supervision may be required/provided)
Q: How many people can I include in my family membership?
A: Court One defines "family" as two(2) adults over the age of twenty one(21) and up to four(4) children under the age of 21. All members must be living in the same residence. There is a $10/month fee for additional children.
Q: If I have a membership, can I use both clubs?
A: Yes, a membership at Court One allows access to both of our facilities.
