Fitness classes are included with your membership and child watch is provided for your children.

Adults have numerous choices of daytime and evening fitness classes, a spacious fitness center with free weights, strength machines, and cardiovascular equipment. Q: Does the Y offer Financial Assistance?
The Y does not turn anyone away due to their inability to pay. We do offer an application process for those who are in need of financial assistance to help with their membership fees.
Q: Would I need to sign a membership contract?
Absolutely not. We have no contracts. Most of our members pay through a monthly bank draft out of their checking accounts, and they may stop the draft whenever they wish. We think that once you get involved with such a great cause-driven organization that does so much good for the people of our community, you won't want to leave!
