A: The O'Neill Center is a multi-purpose senior center that provides an array of enriching, engaging, and empowering services and activities for today's older adult. The Mission of O'Neill Center is to help seniors be HIP: Healthy, Independent and Productive.
Q: How can I find more information about the activities that happen at O'Neill and Belpre Senior Centers?
A: O'Neill has a publication that comes out every other month and you can receive it by contacting the O'Neill Center at 740-373-3914 or find the activities listed on the website at www.oneillcenter.com.
Q: What services does the O'Neill Center offer and where can I find information about them?
A: The O'Neill Center offers: Medical Transportation, Adult Day Center, Living Assistance and homemaker services, Prescription Assistance, Benefits Screening and Enrollment, Medicare Part D consultations, and more.
Q: How do I become a member of O'Neill Senior Center?
A: O'Neill Senior Center does not have a "membership." If you would like to receive the O'Neill Center newsletter, contact us to be added to the mailing list. Criteria for participation in activities is being age 55 or above. There are set guidelines for receiving services and they vary greatly depending upon funding and other items. As a general rule, individuals must be age 60 or above, live in Washington County and have a need for the particular service.
